Laolu Olaniyi
CEO & Founder
Laolu is a technology and business transformation executive with over 15 years of experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, government, data, and digital transformation. His career includes experience with AstraZeneca, Merck, GSK, ConcertAI, and U.S. public-sector consulting through O2 Consulting Service. He founded ComplyDesk to simplify tax compliance for Nigerian businesses and is leading its evolution toward an integrated compliance platform connecting businesses, financial institutions, e-invoicing, and government tax processes. Laolu holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an MBA, with executive training from Wharton, MIT, and the University of Chicago.
Lanre Afodunrinbi
Technology Advisor
Lanre is an accomplished technology leader and solutions architect with extensive experience in cloud architecture, software engineering, financial services, and digital product development. He has held senior leadership positions including Chief Technology Officer, Principal Solutions Architect, and Engineering Manager, leading the design and delivery of scalable, secure, cloud-native technology platforms. At ComplyDesk, Lanre provides strategic technology guidance across platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, security, scalability, integrations, and product development, helping shape the technology foundation required to support the company's growth and expanding digital compliance ecosystem. Lanre holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a B.Eng. in Computer Science and Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, complemented by professional certifications in cloud technologies and solution architecture.

Sunday is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in taxation, audit, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. He has extensive experience helping Nigerian businesses manage tax filings, strengthen financial records, navigate audits, and meet their compliance obligations. As ComplyDesk's Chief Compliance & Audit Officer, Sunday provides professional oversight across tax compliance, audit support, and financial documentation, combining decades of expertise with ComplyDesk's technology-driven approach to make compliance simpler, accurate, and reliable for businesses.
Victor Ezeh
Lead Software Engineer
Victor is a Senior Software Engineer, with extensive experience in software development. He has maintained legacy codebases, built new solutions using modern tools and technologies, and led engineering teams. His background spans multiple sectors including food tech, transportation, financial services, banking across Africa, fintech, and edtech. He has a strong foundation in software architecture and development. Victor holds a B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, complemented by several trainings in cloud technologies, AI prompting and Integrations. At ComplyDesk, Victor leads the development of the platform, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and user-friendly. He also mentors junior engineers and fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the engineering team.
